Hosted by the one & only MC Ruby Slippers, Sugar Blue Burlesque presents… ‘Spin & Bare It!’ The Live Burlesque Improv Game show, where the audience always wins! Get into the Friday 13th with our special ‘Spin & Scare it! edition! Dress up!
Six guest burlesque performers battle it out over 3 rounds to become the winner of Spin & Bare It!
The catch is that each pair of performers will have an audience member spin ‘The Wheel of Peel’ to select their music style category out of the 3 C’s! Classic (Burlesque Bump & Grind tunes), Contemporary (More modern songs that are great to burlesque dance too) and Challenge (Not your average Burlesque tunes!). Two songs from their category will be randomly selected, and then the games begin!
The performers will have to think quick on their feet and get creative through their improvisation skills on stage to make a lasting impression on the audience, who will be the ones who will vote for their favourite artistes in each battle.
Each round will get progressively harder, and in rounds 2 and 3 the performers will be drawing mystery addition to their acts from the ‘Element of Surprise’ box! Expect the unexpected as physical, costume and prop based challenges come into play.
‘Spin & Bare It!’ is a hilarious, interactive, spontaneous and entertaining show, and audience participation means everyone will be part of the fun on stage!
