Competitive Inspiration
Some of the Sugar Blue ladies (myself included) are going to be competing in the upcoming Miss Burlesque Australia pageant. There are also other breathtaking Perth Burly-Q lovelies performing, including Ginger La Minge and Lola Cherry Cola, who are favourites of mine. The Perth heat is on the 18th of July at the fabulous Fremantle Town Hall. I can promise you this is a show not to be missed!!! It’s your chance to see the full spectrum of Perth’s burlesque community at it’s finest.
Just as a little taster for you, here are some clips that are serving as the inspiration for my three acts (traditional, neo and unique). I can’t reveal to you exactly what I am doing but I promise awesomeness when you come and see me perform them on the 18th!
I am over here in the States dilegently rehearsing. The heat is a week after I get back! I have so much to do it’s mind boggling!

If you are in South Australia, Miss Jane and Sapphire Demure are competing on the 25th of July in that heat, along with another dynamic duo who are favourites of mine, Luna Eclipse and Sapphire Snow of Peaches n’ Gin Burlesque. We also have several lovelies who have previously performed with SBB such as the likes of Peachy Dream and Miss Kay Risque in the Victorian heat on the 23rd of July and the cutest kitten of them all, Miss Becky Lou in the Tasmanian heat on the 16th.
We’d love to see you there cheering us on. Should you wish to bring signs, t-shirts or an entire personalised cheer squad to do so, we wouldn’t object!
